Ne esce un vino trasversale, elegante e corposo, che può accompagnare a tutto pasto, dalle paste al ragù, sino alle carni strutturate.
Rubino carico. Naso intenso di frutti rossi, supportato da delicate note speziate e tostate. In bocca è piacevole, con buona morbidezza e tannini in fase di integrazione.
Indicato per accompagnare preparazioni a base di carne e formaggi di media stagionatura.
