A sapid and mineral wine with a persistent finish. A vintage white full of pleasant Mediterranean hints, fine, fresh and pleasantly incisive.
Straw yellow, rich in brilliant golden reflections. The perfume is intense, with aromas of citrus, peach, apricot and hints of mint and basil. On the palate it presents excellent harmony between fruit aromas and minerality, with a fresh and persistent finish.
It goes well with seafood and grilled fish.
