From the skilled hands of Luciano Ercolino and his Vinosìa cellar, the Taurasi Riserva “Rajamagra” is born. A wine that is to define important is an understatement, a Taurasi Riserva that brings with it all the aromas and sensations of the wonderful land from which it comes.

Do not mislead the vaguely Arabic name "Rajamagra", no tale from a thousand and one nights, sultans and disturbing oriental princesses. Rajamagra is a mountain of about 1,700 meters which is located in the Laceno Plain, in the province of Avellino. Undisputed destination for trekking lovers, this splendid peak enjoys the view and the beautiful panorama offered by the homonymous lake of Laceno.

Tasting Notes

Of a beautiful deep ruby red with intense garnet hues, the nose is variegated, broad and complex with marked notes of cherries in alcohol, violets, plum jam and black pepper. On the palate it is rich, soft, warm and perfectly balanced. A true masterpiece.

Ideal with savory, braised first courses and red meats. Perfect with game and game. Excellent with medium-aged cheeses.
