The union between a typical vine of Southern Italy, Fiano, and the intriguing Chenin Blanc originating from the Loire, France. Two varieties that, meeting in Sicily, give life to a wine that enchants for its elegance, fragrance and minerality. A white left to mature in barrique for 4/6 months which in the glass reveals a soft and welcoming soul, of great charm and harmony.
Tasting Notes
Deep yellow with intense golden reflections. The perfume is intense, with aromas of ripe fruit, almonds and hazelnuts. On the palate it is intense, full and mineral, characteristics that make it a very pleasant wine.
Pairings
It goes well with aged cheeses, white meats and grilled vegetables.
