A red with great structure and personality, the result of the happy union between the roundness and softness of Merlot with the aromatic notes of Alicante Bouschet.

Tasting Notes

The wine has a ruby red color with deep purple reflections. The nose has aromas of plum and plum jam, hints of aromatic herbs and spices. On the palate it is intense and harmonious.

Pairings

For the whole meal, it goes well with lamb chops breaded with aromatic herbs and roasted potatoes with rosemary.
