The Dragon and the Furnace is a Tuscan winery in the heart of the Sienese Chianti, in Colle di Val d'Elsa. It has its roots in a village surrounded by nature - la Fornace - which includes thirty hectares of red and white grape vineyards. Made with a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc, Gold is the expression of the Tuscan harvest. pleasant and with a good structure, a wine that combines the tradition of Sangiovese with all its freshness and the complexity of Cabernet Franc. Minimum 30 months in 3.5 hL tonneau, 20 hL barrels for Sangiovese. Refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months.
Tasting Notes
In the glass it is a classic and elegant wine, fine with fruity aromas, precise and straightforward. On the palate it is light, refreshing and with a beautiful and round fusion. The finish is surprisingly long lasting.

To combine with red meats, grilled meats or roasts. Also indicated with aged hard cheeses.
