It is a cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes vinified in pink, a fresh Brut, with a fragrant bouquet of small fruits, raspberry and blackberries above all. It is delivered wrapped in the classic tissue that protects the product from light while preserving as much as possible the beautiful powder color.
Pale pink color with light coppery reflections, creamy white foam, fine and persistent perlage. Complex aromas with fruity notes reminiscent of ripe cherry, currant and red apple. The flavor is rich, well balanced with a very persistent aftertaste.
Suitable as an aperitif, but especially at the table with soups and second courses based on white meat.
