Trento Brut Millesimato is obtained with only high altitude Chardonnay grapes and aged on the lees for a minimum of 36 months. The long aging gives harmony and elegance while safeguarding the finesse and freshness typical of the mountain.

Tasting Notes

Intense and bright straw yellow enriched and embellished by an abundant and persistent perlage. The olfactory profile of broom, tropical fruit and citrus fruits such as cedar, grapefruit and bergamot is variegated, on a mineral background. In the mouth the entrance is fresh and endowed with good elegance thanks to the noble effervescence. With a seductive style, it reveals qualities of youthful freshness and adequate flavor, with excellent levels of persistence.
