The first, contemporary.
The first label produced by Giulio Ferrari at the beginning of the twentieth century is the Blanc de Blanc with an unmistakable style; a Trentodoc with great personality, characterized by freshness, fragrance and finesse. It comes from a careful selection of only Chardonnay grapes, whose maturation on the lees lasts for about 36 months before a further stop in the bottle.
Bright straw yellow and very persistent perlage. Of great intensity. The fruity notes typical of Chardonnay prelude to pleasant hints of bread crust and hazelnut conferred by the over 30 months of aging on the lees. Fresh and of great finesse, it makes the sip inviting and satisfying. The long finish gives hints of citrus and mineral sensations.
Splendid throughout the meal, Ferrari recommends pairing it with a large buffalo mozzarella or a classic octopus salad.
