Tasting Notes

Golden and brilliant yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is material, rich and mature: an olfactory range of great complexity that ranges from fruity to mineral, up to toasted. A great wine with a certain personality, of rare complexity, in perfect balance between fruity and toasted notes, completed by an intriguing flavor. The elegant creaminess knows how to surprise in a dynamism that culminates in an enveloping and majestic finish.

Pairings

Splendid throughout the meal, Ferrari recommends pairing it with focaccia with mortadella or with a large plate of bucatini alla carbonara.
