Antique pink, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses an intense and elegant bouquet characterized by notes of ripe small fruits: currants, wild strawberries and raspberries, with pleasant fragrances of orange and rose peel. On the palate it is elegant and velvety, the excellent structure enhances the typicality of the pinot noir and is embellished with a delicate note of spices, sweet almond and yeast: all components that give harmony and persistence.
