We are in the presence of a perfect dessert wine. Another result of the research and the high sparkling capacity of the Bortolomiol cellars. The Demi Sec version is certainly the least widespread. Its important set of residual sugars binds it to be paired with desserts at the end of a meal. The sweetness is not cloying and is well balanced by the freshness.
Bright straw yellow to the eye, it is intense in the aromatic sphere where it gives sensations of apple, pear, honey and white flowers. Delicately sweet mouth enlivened by an appreciable freshness.
It goes well with dry pastries and autumn desserts, such as a chestnut-based cake.
