Collected with 20 Babo of sugar value and fermented at 26 ° C, its name reflects love for detail and careful vinification. Thanks to the elegance of Pinot Noir, the softness of Merlot and the power of Lagrein, with a “saignee” vinification an elegant rosé with great character is born, which with its softness and finesse on the palate creates a perfect balance.
Rosé 20/26 comes in a light onion-colored dress, elegant, fresh, fruity with notes of raspberry and strawberry together with a hint of citrus on the nose. Open on the palate, this easy-to-drink wine is surprisingly fresh, elegant, friendly and sociable, revealing a young and stimulating finish.
Ideal as an aperitif, to be combined with light first and second courses.
