Description

The Ribolla Gialla di Puiatti Extra Brut Quality Sparkling Wine is born in vineyards located in the Isonzo area of Friuli. It is produced exclusively with Ribolla Gialla grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in the third week of September. After the classic white vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with aging on its own yeasts for 16 months.

Tasting Notes

Characterized by a straw yellow color, with yeast greenish reflections, and by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with fresh aromas of yellow fruit, enriched by notes of yellow flowers. On the palate it is full and fresh, with refined elegance.

Pairings

Perfect to accompany the ritual of the aperitif or in combination with dishes based on fish, seafood, shellfish, oysters and coquillage.
