Viognier in purity. All the different agronomic operations are aimed at obtaining balanced grapes that can give fresh, savory and tasty wines. The grapes are subjected to cold cryomaceration and subsequent fermentation at a temperature ranging between 13 ° and 15 ° C. In this way the different aromatic characteristics that determine the particular olfactory note of the Soente are enhanced.
Tasting Notes
Yellow color with greenish reflections that herald the freshness of the wine. The nose is of great impact with notes of citrus and white flowers. The taste is enveloping with a savory and persistent finish.
