Champagne Brut Reserve represents the great classic of the maison, a symbol of elegance and perfection suitable for any occasion. It is produced at 33% from Chardonnay grapes, 33% from Pinot Meunier grapes and 33% from Pinot Noir grapes, which are the 3 typical Champagne vines from 30 different crus. The Pinot Noir that gives structure and power to the wine comes from the Montagne de Reims; the Pinot Meunier that guarantees freshness and roundness comes from the vineyards of Epernay and the Vallée de la Marne; the Chardonnay synonymous with elegance and aromatic complexity, comes from the Côte des Blancs. After 4 years of resting on the lees, this spectacular Champagne is enriched and perfectly develops its noble and aromatic characteristics.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with golden reflections and fine and abundant perlage. The nose is immediately attractive, initially characterized by fruity aromas of pear and mango, which are followed by floral hints of honeysuckle and jasmine, and hints of vanilla brioche. The mouth attack is straightforward and dynamic, fresh and supported by a beautiful structure. Long, honeyed and slightly spiced persistence.
Pairings
Perfect to serve during romantic dates or to serve at formal dinners and aperitifs. It goes very well with dishes based on fine fish.
