La Ribolla Gialla Col de Bliss è uno dei Cru firmati La Tunella, frutto delle uve coltivate negli appezzamenti circoscritti nel comune di Cividale del Friuli con ceppi piantati negli anni Ottanta. Volendo seguire con rigore la tradizione friulana, il mosto ottenuto dalla pressatura soffice delle uve fermenta e si affina “sur lies” con frequenti “bâtonnages” in botti grandi di rovere di Slavonia. Solo dopo un ultimo giusto periodo di riposo e di affinamento in bottiglia verrà posto al giudizio del consumatore.
Intense straw yellow with gold-green reflections. A soft and dense cloud of aromas: pineapple, passion fruit, wildflowers and subtle citrus scents that intertwine in a texture of great finesse. Tasty freshness to dictate the balance with the soft body, thanks also to the elegant mineral underlining.
It goes well with fish and vegetable appetizers, soups, creams and soups, sauces and fried fish dishes.
