Bulrush is a Vermentino di Sardegna that originates in the Sulcis area, from sandy-clayey soils rich in skeleton. Vermentino grapes are harvested manually between the end of August and the beginning of September, then cooled and softly pressed. The first fractions of must, the noblest ones, continue with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15-18 ° C. The wine ages in steel for 4 months and for another 30 days in the bottle.
